As we continue to scale our operations and make our internal systems smarter and faster, we are looking for an n8n Automation Specialist to join our team.

We are growing fast and building an increasingly connected stack across marketing, sales, support, content operations, and product. Automation sits at the heart of this—unlocking speed, accuracy, and delight across our internal workflows. You will be the force that connects our tools, cleans and routes our data, and enables smarter decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows that automate cross-functional tasks in marketing, sales, content ingestion, support, and more.

  • Connect APIs and data sources such as HubSpot, Slack, Airtable, Chargebee, Notion, Google Sheets, Typeform, etc.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

  • Create robust error handling, retry logic, and logging within n8n.

  • Maintain documentation and reusability of workflows across teams.

  • Stay on top of n8n best practices and new features to continually improve performance and scalability.

  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and operations teams to prototype and ship internal tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep experience with n8n, ideally in a production environment across multiple departments.

  • Solid understanding of webhooks, REST APIs, OAuth, JSON, and workflow design.

  • Experience automating tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, Chargebee, Notion, and others.

  • Ability to write JavaScript functions within n8n and troubleshoot custom code nodes.

  • Excellent communication skills: you're as comfortable writing docs as you are debugging.

  • High attention to detail, low ego, and eagerness to solve unstructured problems.

  • A builder’s mindset. You love making things better and faster through automation.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or other automation tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data pipelines, or simple ETL concepts.
  • Understanding of growth ops or RevOps in a SaaS or marketplace environment.
  • Previous work with luxury, real estate, or listings data is a plus but not required.
